How do I send my trade data?
You can email your trade history as a CSV or spreadsheet file to info@stockscgt.co.uk. Most broker exports are supported.
What formats do you accept?
We accept CSV, Excel (.xlsx) and most standard broker export formats including Trading212, Freetrade, HL and Interactive Brokers.
How long does it take to receive my report?
Most reports are completed within 24–48 hours after we receive your data. Complex histories may take slightly longer.
Which HMRC rules do you apply?
We apply all HMRC share matching rules including same-day matching, 30-day rule and Section 104 pooling.
Is this service HMRC approved?
We are an independent calculation service and are not affiliated with HMRC. Our calculations follow HMRC published guidance.
Can I use this report for Self Assessment?
Yes. The report is designed to support your Self Assessment return and record-keeping requirements.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is handled confidentially and deleted on request after your report is delivered.
Do you handle crypto or foreign shares?
Currently we focus on UK shares and ETFs. Support for other assets may be added later.
